Francois, I think you need to read more carefuly the recent news, you make statements that does not make too much sense in the context of what is known so far about this exploration. Here are some facts that you need to read and read to understand, then you may want to call the company and find out more about the actual geophysics and meaning of the information posted and then you probably can make some sense in yor comments. Here are some facts:
1. Hole 30 is as good as previous results in terms of grade
2. Hole 30 extends the width of the main porphyry zone by 350 m wide
3. All holes so far are open at depth!!! and almost all with the best grades at the bottom.
4. Holes 31, 32 and 33 intercepted porphyry mineralization and they are north and south, outside the known porphyry zone...so, the elephant keeps getting bigger and bigger..
5. Hole 29 was drilled on the other side of the mountain, the company was not expecting actually to find much there, I suppose that is why they included in the news (as something that they viewed as a positive hole otherwise they could've indicated that it was a dry hole and period, no harm at all)...you see Francois, this is not a flat terrain where they are drilling, it is the cordillera country here..they are drilling from the top of a mountain..the top of hole 29 is at the tip of the mountain...you can not expect to find gold that high!!!
6. On Aug/30, Wood Gundy put a new target of $ 20 for Arizona!!!. For your information, Wood Gundy analysts have been following this play since the beguining, they have been on site (Chile) and I trust that they know this company better than many other analysts...now how is that for "reliable sources"???
Now, what do you have to say about these facts???.....if you know something of substance please share, but keep to yourselve "other sources" and other comments that do not contribute to a better understanding of this exploration (probable product of your imagination).
Now, here are my two cents on future results: holes 31,32 and 33 will have decent (but not extraordinary) grades (between 0.8 to 1.2 g/t). New holes to be drilled beyond 1,000 m will probably prove higher grades beyond the 1000 m and will still remain open at depth.
Call me back when results are in...and I hope you short this stock!! Eric |
