I received some very intersting info. from a source I consider highly reliable.
It involves the following funds having positions in Norris. One of which
appears to be unusual because of its objectives (Fidelity Income). Here they
are:
Magellan Fund 3.1 million shares
Fidelity World Global 1.1 " "
Fidelity Inc. 1.1 " "
Merrill Lynch Global 1.8 " "

Assuming these positions were done via pv't. placements, the ususal pattern
becomes one in which these funds support
the stock as it assumes the interest of the retail market. These are obviously
very strong holders, and I'm impressed that they've positioned themselves in
this issue. I view the next 1-3 months as perhaps the most critical time period
for this company.

From Magellan to Magellan Equity Income Fund

From Fidelity Inc. to Fidelity Cap World Growth & Inc. FD

I have also asked additional sources to attempt to verify this info.. I
believe it may be very difficult to do this.
