He could make the change in seconds.

In terms of cost benefit ratio, this is one area where he could make vast change with very minimal effort.

I fully believe that Obama has the ability to take care of more than one thing at a time.

For instance. Say he figures that it will take six months of work to make positive change in the economy. Should that mean that suffering people should continue to suffer for that six months? When the effort would only take a few seconds of work on his part?

He intends to close gitmo .. how about the mmj POW's in federal prisons and awaiting trial? Again, just seconds to bring in the change.
