not sure about their data. Their chart shows SF median prices at 2000 levels which is way off. 1.bp.blogspot.com But anyway, The sales numbers improved Month over month between September and October except for in Marin and Santa Clara counties. Marin and Santa Clara are the ones that matter, so this piece of "good news" is not that good. Pass the bong.
