Hi, Ted,

A billion dollars can buy a lot of stock. -g- I remember reading somewhere (as usual, I forget where,) that most stock buy-back programs do not even come remotely near achieving the levels that are authorized. Hopefully, so it will be with AMGN, leaving plenty of greenbacks for Guilford.
