GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: November 21, 2008 Gulf production is flat at 9.6 Bcf/d. Total LA production is down 200 MMcf/d but was offset by a 200 MMcf/d increase in Texas Production. Throughput restrictions for onshore Texas production may have been lifted as production levels on Tenn gained 200 MMcf/d. Due to near capacity condensate levels on Stingray, they have issued an OFO to require producers to match their confirmed and scheduled nominations. Evening nominations don't appear to be effected on Stingray for today but the pipeline warned of higher pressures and potential restrictions that may last through the weekend.
