Interesting how the PDF says that randomly selected people scored and average of 49%, while the test web page says that the average score for this quiz during November is 77.6%. (I got 100%) Its shocking if elected officials got an average of 44%. Apparently they surveyed 2625 elected officials, since they say "0.8 percent (or 21) got an A", and 21/0.008 = 2625. They must have made some effort to get over 2600 politicians to take the test.
