E.C., the selenium I take once a day with or right after supper is marked "Selenium 100 mcg (as Selenium Yeast)" and "Other ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Celluose (Plant origin), Brewer's Yeast, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica." "Contains wheat ingredients."

Is that stuff doing me any good?
