Repub presidents have enacted the most positive changes in the world during their terms. Pres Reagan forced the financial and physical collapse of the USSR and Pres GW Bush defeated al Qaeda in Iraq. As a result of both those victories, many millions of human beings were freed from tyrranical oppressive governments. In contrast, Carter's incompetent policies caused long gas lines and American hostages - Clinton enabled Chinese hijacking of highly sensitive US technology and ignored bin Laden's gathering menace when it was possible to prevent the attack on Sept 11, 2001.
