Silver is a great investment because it is so rare. If you can't find any right now in your local store then you wouldn't need to ask this question, right? Silver is a combination of industrial and investment as real money. It has been heavily manipulated by the crooked Comex.

If you want to read the truth about silver read Ted Butler and Jason Hommel and scores of others who know what they are talking about, not those with off the cuff one line opinions.

BTW any anecdotal evidence that we are in deflation is argued by many who expect runaway inflation to show up very soon. Its obvious that the USD is no longer a buy and has to tumble soon, even if it spikes one more time. The USD is a big fat ugly roll of wet toilet paper. The world is awash in them. Like I said, go call your local coin and bullion dealer and you will see there are extreme shortages with mints quoting 6 months delivery or new orders. You can NOT go wrong with gold and silver, they don't go to zero like many shares of larger companies we have seen. When something is rare...collect it. The earths crust simply doesn't have much silver left in it.

AND do NOT pay any attention to the crooked rigged Comex price of silver. No one who knows this retail silver business well pays any attention to that rigged price as it in no way reflects the street price of silver coins and bars. And do NOT invest in GLD or SLV or any other forms of paper silver or you will be caught in the Comex scam.
