Wow... Reading the pr coming out of Peru has not been encouraging. I think the Wall Street addiction to "Free Cash Flow For Oligarchs" has been snuffed up, rather than out, by the globally warm brethren of APEC. Obama is going to have to give one hell of a speech... more like once a week... to pull this off. Oh well... I suppose that after all those decades of fostering dictatorial rulers, there was bound to be more consequences than any one administration could handle. This must be how the Romans felt... after Constantine saw his vision(s). Of course on the bright side... there were lots of fun and games between Constantine and Robespierre. <Hoo><Haa><Hoo> 0\|0
