Ellen perhaps my understanding of English is lacking, but when you say, and I quote, "Now RMIL (the combination of RMCW and OVIS) get those shares. These shares just follow along in the deals", I believe you have said that RMIL owns those shares.

MVPH has stated RMIL has no legal right to those shares and has cancelled the certificate held by Morgan.

Obviously you don't know what you are talking about. Again. Seen a million a month lately?
