I hope we don't have a dramatic foreign policy. I think it best to let the rest of the world run their own affairs so long as they aren't too out of line. Then Obama could concentrate on putting our domestic affairs in order. I think too often wars like Iraq are intended as a distraction while Cheney types are stealing.
