there are some people that think global warming is a crock of sh--, as Lutz the chairman of GM does. But it takes obvious stupidity to be the Chairman of GM and openly call global warming a crock of sh--, only 3 mos after the auto industry lobbied the Bush admin to use the EPA to reject CA clean air standards (that half the country wanted)... with a speaker of the house residing in the same county as the climate committee chair (northern ca). This guy Lutz should be fired for his clear stupidity. GM was shocked, SHOCKED that congress was uninterested in their pity party. Then Dingell from MI lost his seat that he has held for 30 years to -Waxman-! The states, including the largest state, CA made a decision on whether they think global warming is a crock of sh-- or not, the answer is no, and unless Lutz personally is going to create an economy the same size as France to counterbalance California, he needs to learn to shut up. I think he'll be fired anyway when this bailout whatever it is, goes through. Maybe he'll get a free "tahoe" on his way out.
