That's why I am just waiting on this thing. Seems crazy but the government is.. well you know, the government. They'd probably just force WFMI to sell off the Wild Oats stores.
I suspect Mackey's shenanigans pre-merger set some of the FTC people off. Big Ag doesn't like Whole Foods either.
