I'm out looking at Asian stocks as longs. High risk, like buying in the Great Depression, with prices to match, a king's fortune for retirement for the ones that survive. China wants to compete with the S&P. Their legal system for securities is a problem (true for India as well) but this move to stop the welfare state is a radical change.
