The tribunal in the Hague will not be the one who initiates the charges, but some members of Iraqi families who suffered from the invasion might file the complaints. Let's face it, the International Tribunal was created so that NO country in the world, however mighty it is, can just use its military power to invade other sovereign country and get away with that. Otherwise, the International Court will be as useless as a dick on a statue. Due to the power that our country has, indictment will only occur when the person in charge of the crime is out of office. Just look back at Slobodan Milosevic's crimes against humanity. The question is what will Obama do if that indictment happens while he is in office. Even if Obama protects the perpetrator of Iraqi unlawful war, those who are indicted will not be able to travel overseas where they can be extradited.
