MVPH has stated RMIL has no legal right to those shares and has
cancelled the certificate held by Morgan.


If I gave you the deed to my house as collateral for a loan and then you sold that debt to someone else under the same terms of repayment as originally stipulated, do you think that I could unilateraly cancel the obligation. I honestly don't know all the ramifications to the deals between MVPH, PRTI, RMCW and RMIL, but I would think that this may be settled in court.
