Well, when you are talking about health-care and you are talking about unions and you say that unions have driven the cost of production up because of their health-care packages, and the right-wing are constantly attacking unions and they are opposed to regulation of the health-care industry, it most definitely does become a "left-right" thing. Why are unions the problem and insurance companies aren't? Why isn't the fortune made by the middlemen insurance companies the problem? If we eliminate the insurance companies the cost of the health-care for the auto workers goes way down but we never seem to get to that discussion because "right-wingers" immediately start squawking about unions. We need to cease repeating the cliches that stand between our problems and potential solutions.
