Dave, I don't know what you mean when you say "there will be some shares comming (sic) on to the market to bring AMCI into the fold". AMCI has not received any tmmi shares at this point. In fact, tmmi doesn't have any shares to give as I understand it. If tmmi can't pay AMCI shareholders X dollars within a year, then 32 million tmmi shares will be due AMCI. Since authorization for those shares does not currently exist, it's an open question how that will come about. The likelihood of tmmi coming up with the cash to pay AMCI is slim at best so the stock issue is real. Maybe that's why the stock is going the direction it's going. So what happens if shareholders refuse to approve an increase in shares? The games continue.
