Electronic Data Flow With New Features Based on a Standard

Citing a 20 percent performance boost, Cornerstone Imaging, Inc.
(NASDAQ:CRNR) announced today the immediate availability of
InputAccel Release 1.2, the newest version of its market-leading
document-capture product suite that allows organizations to
efficiently capture, convert and store hard copy data electronically.
InputAccel Release 1.2 enables companies to standardize on a
single document capture architecture, yet retain the ability to
customize the capture process for specific applications.

The Standard for Flexibility
InputAccel software is a document capture system that consists of
the InputAccel server and functional plug-in modules that manage
specific document capture tasks such as image capture and data
capture, and export the data to a specific application.
Because InputAccel is based on an open integration platform,
users can standardize globally and customize locally to meet their
unique document capture needs throughout their enterprise. It gives
them the ability to mix and match technology from different vendors

-- InputAccel/Documentum Compatible Exporter quickly and easily
transfers captured data to the Documentum Enterprise Document
Management System (ESDMS), taking full advantage of the power of
Documentum by giving you the flexibility to manage renditions and
versions of new and existing documents.
-- InputAccel/Automatic QA (AQA) finds common quality errors
associated with image capture, such as images that are skewed, have
bent corners or are too dark or light.
-- Input/Accel Index indexes images on any document level within
a batch and enables operators to perform numerous additional
functions at the same workstation.
-- InputAccel/Scan includes support for a number of new scanners,
including Eastman Kodak's DS 5500 and 9500. InputAccel now delivers
access to more than 150 scanning devices.
