And they will be a large supplier of it on the world stage.

Back in about 2003 polysilicon prices were much lower as demand and supply were in balance. Most of the material went to semiconductor manufacturers such as Intel. That's not true today as we will have a glut of the material shortly if not now. Spot prices have dropped in half since last summer.
