major bank go under....I agree Citi is
junk,however,what would the effect be
of not surviving....with all thier bad loans
maybe a buyer not available? bwtfdik

Also all the cronies are in them, Bob Rubin etc
Citi sold off on the open,after being up pre mkt
I banked almost a double.
