Blue Coat provides one to three year service and maintenance contracts. For the fiscal year ending last April, service revenues accounted for approximately 23% of total revenues. As of April, the company had $90 million in deferred revenues on the books, which was equal to approximately 30% of the total revenues for 2007. Not a bad way to start the fiscal year.
