Let us not forget that Obama's pick to head HHS used the Constitution as a doormat as Senate minority leader and as majority leader(is actual title eludes me at te moment).

It was not easy to unseat Daschle with the only major newspaper in the tank for him and his massive voter fraud engine humming along, but he pissed off too many people through his abuse of power and unconstitutional usurpation of authority.

Obama continues his legacy of picking the most partisan leftwingnuts to staff his administration.
