I like this stock. Tripled my position today. I would not touch highly leveraged REITS in this environment. HRP being among my least favorite. Might be good as a trade, but I believe it to be a poor investment.

FSP is more attractive, but I am neutral on FSP at these prices. I also like NTE, AZN and PFE but they have not been kind to me.
