Yes I believe his policies also have kept us safe. Republicans are not winning because folks are onto the fact that R's are not conservative in any way shape or form. IMO until a new batch of young leaders with conservative beliefs comes along they will continue to lose. They proved in Bush's first term when they controlled it all that they are just a bunch of big government heavy spenders government growth advocates the equal of the Democrats. Voting D or R is like trying to decide between a white pig and a black pig. Either way you get a pig and they all feed at the same trough.
