Given that Intel (and Microsoft) will be one of the few Fortune 500 companies with any profits to tax, they will end up being a "buyer" of everyone's health care.

Plenty of F500 companies will have profits (that they can't hide) to tax. And don't be cocky... remember our steel industry used to lead the world. So did our car industry (despite unions). Shit happens, things change with time. 5-10 years Intel could be struggling to survive. And everyone will be saying "the workers make too much".
