Skeeter I do think that we will see problems with earnings due to the acquistions. If we trade as high as I hope we do then I will be out completely soon. I have noted before that the insider buyuing here was relatively small. It was also six months ago. I think I can find a better rate of return elsewhere. I agree completely with your concerns in the statement. They are mine too.'Why has Glenayre been so silent this quarter. Not enough new business. Resulting in a lowered book to bill. Still the stock traded up on anticipation. Given the recent troubles with Motorola it would seem to me that this is a really positive earnings statement. The acquistions will contribute to profits(in maybe 6 months) but not as soon as the sale of Western Multiplex. So next quarter could be ugly. Who knows. I'm just glad to have the opportunity to make a little money! Regards, Jeff
