Re: "I did see a lot of yourself in the RAMPING IT UP article" The ARTICLE (a rather dry little news item just reporting on the 12 pardons Bush issued that day) was, of course, not 'mine'. (I.e., I didn't write it. :-) But, as you note, the 'ramping up' comment at the head was mine. (It would also seem to be indisputably TRUE. Bush has had a rather low rate of pardoning all along... so 12 in one bunch is CERTAINLY a 'ramp up'. But, so what? ALL out-going Presidents save most of their pardons for the last month or two of their terms. What's the big deal? Simple observation....)
