No need to be a partisan of any particular sort to note the simple STATISTICS of the matter.... As far as poll ratings for American Presidents go, 13% of all voters Strongly Approving of the way George W. Bush is handling his job as president, and Forty-three percent (43%) Strongly Disapproving... giving the current President a -30 rating on the Presidential Approval Index is historically very low. (Bush also hit historic high favorable numbers as the country rallied-round him directly after 9-11. And, it wouldn't necessarily make me any king of a partisan to note that statistic either. <g>)
