lisa--I'm not using Netscape 4.03 mail at the moment, so I can't advise you with any expertise. However, if your ISP says nothing is wrong, that's probably true. 9 times out of 10, problems are software problems. I'd bet on Netscape as being the source of your difficulties. As to your bet on CPQ's Downhill Dynamic, good luck! Since I still own Nov calls, I'll be rooting for both of us. -- Brad
