Mohan, Is Justice now going to define what an operating system is? or declare that "browser" is permanently a separate entity from "operating system" because it happened to be one in the years 1995-1997? Under the 1995 consent decree, Microsoft has the right to develop "integrated products". Windows will continue to contain whatever Microsoft thinks good to put in it, as many a third-party add-on company has discovered before now. This is no different.
