Ram, I stand corrected and embarresed, my apologies to all for this mistake. I must have somehow picked up the wrong number off of my documents. 4.7 million shares appears to be correct. Let me just point out that using this number still gives the company a valuation possibly as high as 3 or 4 dollars if you apply my previous reasoning. That's still a return of three to four times your money- at less than one dollar I still rate this one a strong buy.
