magnesium 250? I am not listing it for the Doc for the same reason I left the other two off. No official "study" to prove it's worth for Heart Disease. If I am going to get him to take my list of supplements seriously, I need that support. Otherwise, I just get dismissed as a "another health nut." Remember, I am not there to convert him.
