Rate Prompts Expansion in Europe
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Aspect Development
(Nasdaq: ASDV), the leading worldwide provider of component and
supplier management (CSM) solutions, today announced expansion of sales
channels in Europe, prompted by an 80% corporate growth rate. Direct
sales and support offices have been added in Italy, France and Germany.
Aspect Expands in Germany
Aspect has increasingly focused on growth in the German market.
"Our recent partnership with SAP is a key motivator for extending our
reach in this area since they are headquartered in Germany. In this
region, we have jointly targeted many large process industry
opportunities with SAP," said Joe Prang, Aspect Development President.

addition to German automotive companies," he further stated.
Aspect Forms Partnership in Italy
Aspect has formed Aspect Italia, a sales and services partnership
with Milan-based Pride, Italy's leading consulting firm for RDBMS
software, telecommunications applications, data warehousing, and ERP
applications, including SAP and Baan. Pride's 200+ staff is the
premiere supplier of consulting, software development, and support to
leading Italian corporations, including Alcatel, ENI Group, Ericsson,
Italtel, Olivetti, and Telcom Italia.
