That's what I was kidding you about. Cardiologists decided in the '50s that, since coronary plaque was fat and cholesterol, we should stop eating products high in those two items. And eat "healthy grains" instead. Turns out that diet switch made us fat and caused Type II diabetes. Which is counter-intuitive.

But the concept that it's wrong to eat things like butter, etc, is so ingrained in us that it's hard to change.
