I got a gooooood laugh out of your post. Are you a comedian? If not, you might want to consider it. ;-)

By the way, I do not have the kind of negative feelings about their services. Actually, I have most of my car repairs done at Pep Boys. I feel they are honest and do not try to rob me by recommending services which are not neccessary. Their prices are generally lower. They treat me ok. Of course, I can only speak for the stores near me--Philadelphia.
