Tonto... it appears to be YOUR "game" (as you phrase it).

The rate of Bush's pardons has clearly started to increase (here at the end of his last term), as would seem to be PERFECTLY NORMAL as far as Presidential pardoning goes....

As I have already pointed out though --- no final accessment can be made until the last pardon is granted (because we won't have the final hard count until then, of course!), and as I've already repeated a couple of times now --- Bush II's pardoning has been running at reduced rates from what Reagan, Bush Sr., or Clinton posted.

(So, it's likely he will still finish up with lower total numbers of pardons granted then each of those previous Presidents....)

But, IT IS INDISPUTABLE THAT THE RATE OF HIS PARDONING HAS BEGUN TO 'RAMP UP' of late. (Also with most pardons likely still to come over the remaining two months....)

So, I really have no idea what you are carping about, tonto. 12 in one bunch is an undeniable increase.....
