I just read a review in Thursday's New York Times and they called the Storm the Blackberry DUD! I had it for less than 24 hours and returned it. They said it just wasn't an exercise in frustration but a marathon of frustration! They could not believe that the emergency brake on this train was not pulled before it was released. It is impossible to type on it. It is ill conceived. And the only good thing about it is that Verizon allows you to return it within 30 days. The article says that a blackberry without a keyboard is like an IPod without a scroll wheel, a Prius with terrible mileage, Cracker Jack without a prize. nytimes.com
