J Goren believe me I tried my best to use that touch screen keyboard. The NY Times was NOT exagerrating! After I returned my Storm, I went to AT%T and tried the iphone and the touch screen keyboard on the Iphone was very doable. The storm is impossible. And I am an old fogey but very computer literate. I waited for the Storm because I only would buy a phone with a Q chipset. So now I am back to my Treo 700 which always crashes.
