Engineer - I could not even use the Storm as a phone because I could NOT type in my contact name - I do not remember anyone's number any more - I found it that difficult to type.

And when I would bring in a list from the browser, I could not hit the right item. Maybe there was something wrong with phone that I got. Maybe it was not callibrated. Believe me I wanted a touch screen like the IPhone. I navigated very easily on the IPhone touch screen with no problems.

The irony is that AT&T was empty and Verizon was a zoo. I had to wait in line to have the phone turned on - I needed them to transfer my contacts from the Palm and they could not transfer my calendar only names with no addresses. And I had to wait in line later that day for some help on how to use it. And I had to wait in line to return the dud. When they took the data off my Treo, they forgot to put the battery cover on which I did not notice till I went to return the Storm. I spent an hour looking through my pocketbook, car, coat pockets, etc. for the stupid cover worrying I would not even be able to use my Treo. When I got to Verizon, they had it but were too busy to call me or remember whose cover it was.
But they were very very nice trying to help me with the Storm.
I guess my fingers are retarded.
