Bush's team was infinitely worse, which is why we have a mess to clean up now. However, I will concede that Colin Powell was really good and better than Hillary. Unfortunately, Bush was too stupid to keep him on. He kicked Powell out because Powell was a dissenting voice on Iraq. Goes to show you how an insecure chump like Bush doesn't make for a good leader.
