I complained and they fixed one order that they charged me 39.95 instead of 19.95. They still say it's my fault for getting charged twice for selling 300 shares of CEGE. I cancel the first market order - it must have sold later on , then thinking the order was cancel I sold again. That day the system was really slow, so the second sell order was done over the phone system.

I guess it was my fault but still it is paricually etrades fault also for HAVING A SLOW SYSTEM.
