Dillution may be a thing of the past!

Management is working on a project that would asure cash flow for Phase 2 of the Coiron property without further dillution. According to management they have "more" than a sound case for reimbursement for the amber property. Remember, Rock was one of the very few that have trenching and sample values for the property. (as stated in the release). The property is no longer just a piece of dirt. The claim has merit according to management.

The claim was in the Financial Post in Canada on Tuesday. Rock vs BC. They have attempted to get "reasonable restitution" from the BC Gov. by letters/fax/memo's etc. Now its time to play hardball. I believe that Rock would love to have this go to arbritration, because the property would probably get them more. However, they also are interested in settling this "fairly". If the government stalls them, I think you'll see a higher figure in the "suit" and the BC Government knows it. IMHO I give the chances of recovery 5 to 2 in favour of Rock.

Lastly, if we hit a couple of good drill holes share dillution if it is needed will be done at a much higher price, which is easier to swallow, but again, I don't think you'll see it.

may the bulls prevail
