Skeeter,

This asset is apparently the thing RMIL has hung it's hat on regarding obtaining AMEX listing. Clearly, since the dividend shares have already been distributed to PRTI shareholders, MVPH claims they have fulfilled their end of the bargain, and do not agree with Morgan's claims that he is entitled to the shares or the dividend.

Is what MVPH did legal? I'm not a lawyer, so I can't say. But inasmuch as they have cancelled the certificate, it would appear RMIL has no asset base with which to apply for listing, and won't until a court decides, which could hold up any listing for quite some time.

Where's the money for legal expenses coming from? Perhaps we should ask Riley to devine the location of the Lost Dutchman Mine for Morgan.
