I think that you should have faith in your fellow SI community members to figure out that when someone drags something on when another person isn't responding, that we can figure out that the other person has taken the high road and has put the person on ignore.

If SI were to emblazon messages with big red flags and flashing alarms that a person is on ignore, it just turns SI into an elementary school playground where the person who used the ignore feature is saying "neener neener neener, I have you on ignore".

Besides, I have 322 peoplemarks and if they start emblazoning messages with the "this person is ignored by the other", I would be driven away. Now look at the pickle you have put SI in by pitting peoplemarks against peoplemarks. Quite the dilemma.
