rrufff ... here is why I think the dividend announcement is good for determining if the stock is real or just another pink scam?

RE:The payment date is many months away don't you agree? You do understand that a stock price typically is reduced after the ex-dividend date by the amount of the cash dividend. I don't know if this will happen here given the pink sheet status.

They just annouced the dividend with all the proper dates and listed it as required by law!! How could anyone not agree with the dates?

I only go by the ex date of dividend announcements as that is the first day the stock trades without the due bill attached..

Going by the PAY date means the company only has three months for someone to determine if the stock is legit! If they don't pay the dividend than it will be clear that the stock is a scam 100%..

You won't have to wait years to find out. They pretty much put their credibility on the line here! I would think if their only purpose is to scam the investment community than they wouldn't put a 3 month time line on the ability to sell stock?
