I predict that Barry will not withdraw all combat troops by June 2010. He will adopt something much closer to the SOF agreement as policy, stating that it is the will of the Iraqi people and we have to keep our promises etc.

Liberals will gush and fawn, and tingles will run up their legs, they will say he is so wise...
