Fearmongering is happening right now. Every single advocate of the bailout is spreading the fears. That's a FACT. Then the opposition to the bailout is also 'fearmongering', because most come to the same conclusion about what will happen. They are just willing to tolerate the consequences. Prognostications of the future are not "facts." They may be well-educated conclusions based on history and economics, but they can't be passed off as "facts" unless they actually happen. It's a fact that it's a hell of a risk. The potential to throw the country into a depression vs. a $25 Billion fed loan (not gift)??? I wouldn't want to be the one to make the decision. That AP article you posted is rife with generalities and selective reporting. No surprise given the sorry state of the mainstream media these days ... Blah blah blah, whine whine whine. You are degenerating back to your rabid right brain side.
